We are based in Helsingborg, in the dynamic Medicon Valley cluster, and our team consists of over 50 dedicated employees. We develop and manufacture advanced assembly machines and robotic solutions for global and local customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

The Role - Project Manager

As a project manager, you will be a key person leading our project team and responsible for building strong and long-term customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure that our deliveries always meet the right quality. You will play an important role in planning and coordinating projects with support from an experienced team of engineers and technicians.

This is a chance to combine your leadership with your interest in technology and processes, in a work environment where we value precision and innovation.

Who are you?

• You have at least 8 years of project management experience and feel confident leading teams and communicating clearly with both customers and colleagues.
• You have experience in machine manufacturing.
• You are a relationship builder who sees the value in collaboration and knows how to get everyone in the project group to work towards common goals.
• You thrive in having order and structure and enjoy working systematically to keep all parts of the project on track.
• You have an interest in new technologies and change processes, and are not afraid to take on new challenges.
• Experience working on projects with international clients is a plus.
